Fair, sound advice, no pressure, and a great return policy will always make Cycle Gear my go to spot, for , as long as i am in the Bay area. All of the people who work at Cycle Gear are amazingly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Eddie, Maddie, etc the list goes on, of great people who care. The staff greeted me and helped me to select the correct battery by consulting their catalog books and computer online search. The price was reasonable and I also purchased the extended manufacturers warranty for a few extra dollars for double the protection. I will definitely come to Cycle Gear again for my scooter needs."
